Cancellations and Refunds
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements.
1. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the vendors the order is being cancelled and refunded then the following policy shall govern such cancellation.
2. If the product/service ordered for is unavailable, the User would be contacted and informed of the same. Only under such circumstance would the User be allowed to cancel the order placed and would be entitled for a refund in accordance with our refund policy. Such refund shall take a minimum of 1 (one) - 3 (three) weeks to process and get refunded. Zangro shall not be accountable in the event that there are extra costs incurred as a result of organizing the events. The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
a.in the event the delivery address falls outside the geographical extent of the vendor/establishment
b.unable to contact the User by phone or email provided.
c.if it suspects a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
e.in case of unavailability of a product, or
f.for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
3.In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the product, we shall replace the product with a similar product. In case there is non-availability of a replacement of the product, we shall refund your money that may have been paid by you for the purchase of the product within fifteen (15) days from the day if your request for refund is accepted. The money will either be refunded to you or store credit shall be offered. In case of any complaint regarding the quality of the product or a complaint seeking to return the product you must raise a complaint with us within half an hour of delivery. The product will be checked by us before it is returned. In case the product is found to in a condition different than it was sold to the User, the product shall not be returned.
